Isaac Melquicedec Castelan, 30, of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, formerly of Elgin, passed away, Monday, October 25, 2021. Survived by husband, Jake. Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Sunday, October 31st from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 4:00 PM. A Celebration of Christian Funeral Mass will be conducted at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church of Manor, Monday, November 1st at 12:15 PM, with Father Henry presiding. Christian Burial will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
