Eugene Verle Davidson

Eugene Verle Davidson, age 88, of Elgin, Texas passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019.

Eugene was born in Rock Island, Texas on November 25, 1930 to Benjamin and Cecil Davidson. He was a member of the Elgin New Life Baptist Fellowship Church. He worked mostly as a driver- taxi, wrecker and tour bus. He also spend time with a carnival operating carnival rides.

Eugene is survived by his children; Frances Davidson of Pflugerville, TX, Irene Davidson of Paragould, AK, Matthew Davidson of Rexburg, ID, and Mark Davidson of Logan, UT, several grandchildren and great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. He is also survived by his sisters; Mollie Hale of Austin, TX, and Grace Conner or Elgin, TX.

Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at Elgin New Life Baptist Fellowship.
