Earl Joiner, 67, of Elgin, passed away peacefully, Thursday evening, February 6, 2020. Survived by wife, Mary. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Winn's Memorial Baptist Church, under the auspices of Strait Gate Fellowship Baptist Church, on Saturday, February 15th at 10:00 AM, with the Reverend, Don G. Cyphers presiding. Interment will follow at the Brown Cemetery, Paige. Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
