Donnie Ray Zachary, 72, of Taylor, passed away peacefully, Saturday, June 12, 2021. He will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home, Wednesday, June 16th from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted graveside at Taylor City Cemetery, Thursday, June 17th at 10:00 AM. Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
