Carroll M. Hibbs, Jr.,86, of Elgin, passed away Sunday morning, July 2, 2022. Friends and family will gather at Elgin Funeral Home Tuesday, July 12th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home Wednesday, July 13th at 10:00 AM with Reverend Hans Lillejord officating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
