Billie Juanita Parks Garza

Billie Parks Garza, 92, passed away on October 14, 2019. Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew S. “Buster” Garza, her parents, Perry and Iva Parks, as well as her brothers, Walter, Barnard, Mac (Dickie), and Marvin. She is survived by her sister, Perry Mae Hill; children, Ladeanna and husband Bill, Ronald and wife Peggy, and Beverly and husband David; ten grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Cook Walden-Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North IH-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660. Services will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 3 pm, also at Cook Walden-Capital Parks. Burial will follow the services at the Cook Walden-Capital Parks Cemetery.
