The Elgin Lady Cats competed at the Snook basketball tournament this past weekend and came away winning three of their four games.The Lady Cats defeated host Snook 64-27, Anderson-Shiro 59-45 and Aggieland Home School 36-30, before falling to Jarrell 32-24.After taking down the Bluejays, Elgin faced Shiro. After jumping out to a 3-1 lead, the Lady Cats held control late in the first quarter, taking a 17-11 lead.
