The Elgin Lady Cats varsity basketball team (3-18, 0-2 district) faced the Lady Mustangs (2-7, 1-2 district) from Manor at home on Friday, December 20. The Mustangs steadily out-scored the 'Cats throughout the first three quarters, but Elgin turned the tables on Manor in the final quarter by earning seven more points from their opponents. However, this wasn't enough to win the game, and the Lady Mustangs prevailed 57-37.
