Pflugerville high schools Weiss and Connally, both probably playoff-bound, had their way against the Lady Cats (2-11) in the next-to-last week of the season. Elgin travelled to take on the Lady Wolves of Weiss High School on Tuesday, November 3, where the home team had little problem in handing Elgin a three-set loss, 25-8, 25-18 and 25-15.
