BASTROP – Gracy Crafts tossed a complete-game shutout to lead the Elgin Lady Cats past rivals Bastrop 13-0 last Tuesday.
Crafts went seven innings, allowing zero runs on four hits with 13 strikeouts and one walk.
Kiana Gibson also played a key role in the win, going 4-for-5 from the plate with five runs batted in. She singled in the first, tripled in the fourth, singled in the sixth and hit a grand slam in the seventh.
