Gracy Crafts threw a complete-game shutout to lead the Elgin softball team to a 9-0 victory over Manor last Tuesday. Crafts went seven innings, allowing zero runs on one hit while striking out 11. Morgan Heine, Hannah Reiley and Alexis Cathey all collected multiple hits for the Lady Cats, who finished with 10 on the night. Heine went 3-for-4 with four runs batted in, while Cathey and Reiley finished 2-for-3 and 2-for-4, respectively.
