What is your strongest lift, and what is the lift you need to improve?
Luis: My best lift is the dead lift. I have found I can hold a ridiculous amount of weight and I surprise myself how I improve each meet. The lift I need to work on is my squat. I have had some mini injuries that I feel have kept me from doing my best there.
