William “Bill” Edward Fisher, 63, of Hutto, passed away Monday, November 25, 2019. Survived by wife, Maria Do Rocio De Lima Fisher. A Memorial Service will be conducted at the First Brazilian Baptist Church of Round Rock, on Saturday, December 7th at 2:00 PM. Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
