Troy Shackles

Troy Shackles, 98, of Elgin, passed away early Monday morning, Dec. 19, 2022.

Family and friends gathered at Elgin Funeral Home Thursday, Dec. 22, from 1 until 2 p.m. A homegoing celebration was held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. L.R. Wilson presiding. Interment was held at Central Texas Veteran State Cemetery on Friday, Dec. 23, at 11 a.m. with military honors.
