Toni Tobias Medina, 64, of Smithville, passed into the arms of her heavenly father on Monday, April 4, 2021, after a long illness.  She was born on August 3, 1956, in Corpus Christi, but lived most of her life in Austin and Elgin.  She was a beautician, then later a regional manager for Subways around the Central Texas area.  Toni always look forward to spending time at the beach; she especially loved hanging out at the coast with children and grandchildren.
