Roger Rampy Jr., age 42, of Elgin, Texas left this world on May 16, 2020. Roger was born in Austin, Texas to Roger Rampy Sr. and Jeanie Rampy on March 24, 1978. He was raised in Bastrop County for most of his life. He loved to fish and camp out on the river with his friends. He also did some hunting with his dad in his earlier years.
