Rafael “Ralph” Villalobos Reyes, Sr., 87, of Manor passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, Saturday morning, June 15, 2019. Survived by wife, Ramona. Family and friends will gather at Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church of Manor on Thursday, June 20th from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on Friday, June 21st at 10:00 AM with Father George Joseph presiding. Christian Burial will follow at the Manor Cemetery. Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home.
