Jorge Luis Arreaga, Sr., age 65, of Elgin, passed away on March 23, 2021. Jorge was born in Mexico on October 7, 1955 to Jesus Arriaga and Enedina Castro. He married the love of his life, Mary Ann Saenz and they had two children. He worked for the State of Texas for 13 years. Jorge loved fishing and watching football. He also always loved to work on small projects.
