Johnny Parks, 51, of Elgin, passed away Friday evening, April 24, 2020.  His casket will lie in state at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church of Littig, on Monday, May 4th from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM.  A private Home-Going Celebration will be conducted graveside at the Littig Cemetery, Tuesday, May 5th at 11:00 AM with the Reverend L.R.
