Francisco “Pancho” Vizcarra Sr., 88, of Elgin, Texas, went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Francisco was born in Escalon, Chihuahua, Mexico on April 28, 1930, the son of Leonardo and Eutimia Vizcarra. He married the love of his life, Amelia Vizcarra, on December 25, 1955. They were married for 63 years and spent their lives providing a loving home for their family of 7 children, 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. His grandson, Christopher Vizcarra, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Amelia Vizcarra, two daughters, Leticia “Tish” Vizcarra, Maria Villarreal (husband Francisco “Paco”), five sons,
