Dorothy “Dottie” Peterson Nitkin, 83, of Elgin, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family Sunday afternoon, June 2, 2019. Family and friends will gather at the Elgin Funeral Home on Saturday, June 8th at 10:00 AM. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM with the Reverend Sam Brannon presiding.
