Delma Nadine Roitsch

Delma Nadine (Olle) Roitsch, 90 went to be with the Lord on Oct, 9 2020. She died in her home at Blue Texas.

Delma was born on December the 27th 1929 in her grandparents’: Richard and Emma Weisser, home in Caldwell Co. TX.  She was baptized May 18th 1930 and confirmed September 12th 1943 at Salem Lutheran Church in Creedmoor, TX. As a young girl she grew up and attended schools in the Maha community and then attended Austin High School. She graduated from Austin High School May 30th 1947. After graduating from high school she went to a business school in Austin. She married her husband LeRoy Clinton Roitsch of 61 years on January 21st 1948. They raised 5 children on a ranch near Webberville TX, Travis County. In 1986 they sold the Ranch in Webberville and purchased ranch property near Blue, TX in Lee County.

Delma was a home maker for many years raising her children. For a period of time she worked at Comal Cottons in Austin, TX. Then she worked at Augsburg Publishing House in Austin, TX between 1964 and 1987. In 1987 she retired from full time work at Augsburg and then worked part time for about two years. After retiring from Augsburg she enjoyed cooking, sewing, quilting, needlework and involvement with the LWML at Grace Lutheran in Elgin, TX.  After her husband’s passing in 2009 she continued to live on the family ranch until 2019 when she went to Austin for assisted living. She recently came home for in-home-hospice where she passed from this world and went home to be with her Lord and Savior.

She was preceded in death by her parents Willie Colman Olle and Elvira Ella Hermina (Weisser) Olle; her husband LeRoy Clinton Roitsch I; brother Daniel Lee Olle; a son Mark Steven Roitsch; a daughter Eileen Marie Roitsch and great-granddaughter Lillian Raya Roitsch.

She is survived by a daughter Christina Elaine Roitsch-Raemsch and son-in-law Dan Raemsch of Austin, TX; son LeRoy Clinton Roitsch II and daughter-in-Law Rebecca of Woodsboro, TX; son Wade Michael Roitsch of Tanglewood, TX

Grandchildren Mathew Roitsch (Milisa), Kyle Keahey, Nathan Raemsch (Leah) and Milam Raemsch (Jordyn)

Great Grandchildren Marshall Hadyen Roitsch, Anson Daniel Raemsch, August Reid Raemsch and Kennedy Jo Raemsch.  Nephews, nieces and other cherished family and friends.

Nephews: Terrell Olle (Katherine), Ernst Roitsch (Linda), Charles Roitsch and Alfred Roitsch

Niece: Lori Sellers (Curtis)
