Clifford Erwin Halbrook, Age 51 of Elgin, TX passed away on Friday, April 19, 2018. Clifford was born November 14, 1967 at Seton Hospital in Austin, TX to Ira Erwin Halbrook Jr. and Brenda Francke. Although Clifford spent some of his childhood in Arkansas, he spent most of his life in Elgin, TX. His life was spent on the road doing what he loves.
