Amelia Cardiel Vizcarra, 91, of Elgin, Texas, peacefully went to her heavenly home on Sunday, November 22, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. Amelia was born on September 7, 1929, the daughter of Matilde Cardiel and Reyes Rosales Cardiel in Escalon, Chihuahua, Mexico. Amelia was married 63 years to the love of her life, Francisco “Pancho” Vizcarra until his passing on February 20, 2019. She is survived by her daughter, Leticia “Tish” Vizcarra, her five sons, Leonard Vizcarra Sr., Luis Vizcarra, Francisco “Frank” Vizcarra Jr. (wife Lorraine), George Vizcarra (wife Nellie), Charlie Vizcarra (wife Lisa), her son-in-law, Francisco “Paco” Villarreal, her sister,
