Work continues on leak repair, mold removal at EPD station

Repairs on the Elgin Police Department building are continuing with asbestos removal and mold remediation. A historic winter storm, followed by considerable continuous spring rain, worsened roof leaks at the Elgin police station. Currently, repairs are underway to fix the leaks and the mold damage they caused.
