Law enforcement recovered over a dozen stolen vehicles and motorcycles in western Bastrop County after investigating a tip. On March 11, the Bastrop County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) received a tip from the Bluebonnet Area Crime Stoppers program about a property at Forest Lake Drive, west of Cedar Creek, according to an announcement on BCSO’s Facebook page. The top said the property had a large number of stolen vehicles. The next day, the BCSO narcotics unit, auto theft unit and special response team served a search warrant at the property. BCSO investigators recovered five stolen vehicles and nine stolen motorcycles on the property,
