Top Golf event swings in $46K to EEF

Fun on green fields of play brought in a lot of green bills to help local childrenMore than $46,400 was raised Oct. 13 when the Elgin Education Foundation hosted its fifth annual Top Golf fundraiser in Austin. Campuses assisted in raising more than $900 in sales of gift baskets they created. The event included a Top Golf driving range competition, a raffle and silent auction.EEF plans to use the funds to facilitate student achievement, skill development and recognize and encourage staff excellence.
