A video shot by storm chaser Brian Emfinger of Live Storms Media went viral last week, as it showed the red truck of 16-year-old Manor resident, Riley Leon, overturning on an Elgin stretch of Route 290 during last Monday’s tornado. The video captured the breathtaking scene of the truck skidding along the highway on its side before suddenly flipping upright onto its four wheels, at which point Leon was able to drive off of the roadway.Leon, who last week informed FOX7 Austin that he had been returning home from a job interview at Whataburger at the time of the incident,
