Elgin Masonic Lodge #328 marked their 150th anniversary this year on Saturday, November 7. The lodge had originally planned for a celebration in June, but this was delayed due to COVID-19. The Elgin lodge began in Perryville, a community two-and-a-half miles south of present-day Elgin, a few years before Elgin was founded in 1872.
