On January 26, 2019, the Girl Scouts of Central Texas (GSCTX) hosted its fourth annual friendly pitch competition at Holy Roller restaurant in downtown Austin. As part of the GSCTX Entrepreneurship Program, the event included Scouts competing individually or in two-person teams to be the cookie supplier for Holy Roller’s new Girl Scout Cookie-themed dessert.
