Two frustrated residents asked the Bastrop County Commissioners Court last week to do something about regulating loud music in a rural neighborhood. Gary and Bonnie Keller spoke to the court about the issue during the regular meeting on June 24, bringing complaints about loud music in the Las Colinas subdivision about a mile east of Elgin.
