The Bastrop County Commissioners Court looked ahead at some needed projects in the next few years by approving the latest iteration of the county’s five-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) during Monday’s meeting. The CIP is a multi-year plan that identifies the county’s needs and capital projects for the next five years.
