City council discusses intersection fixes

The Elgin City Council discussed some problematic traffic intersections throughout the city, as well as potential solutions, at their most recent meeting. The four intersections that the council discussed at the November 24 meeting were Hillside Drive and Old McDade Road, at South Avenue A and Harris Street, at Ramirez Road and South Main Street, and at Madison Street and Houston Street.
