A law enforcement teacher at Cedar Creek High School has been accused of improper relationships with students.According to Bastrop County criminal case records, Roy Franks was indicted on June 14 for four charges: two charges of indecency with a child involving sexual contact on December 1, 2021 and May 23, 2022, and two charges of an improper relationship between an educator and a student.
