CARTS, the Capital Area Rural Transportation System, is excited to announce the upcoming launch of CARTS Now, the first service of its kind coming to the Bastrop community. CARTS Now is a low-cost curb-to-curb side service that will allow the citizens of Bastrop to get from point A to point B on their own time.
