The Elgin Main Street Program launches the COVID-19 Response Advertising Grant Assistance program. This program targets retail and service businesses in the downtown district that have experienced a significant negative impact related to COVID-19. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and will be reviewed by the Elgin Main Street Board. Businesses may apply monthly for this reimbursement program. Businesses may apply for up to $100 a month to support developing an online presence and/or marketing their modified business efforts in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
