Elgin food pantries seek assistance

Posted in:

All of our local Food Pantries are in need of assistance. At this time the easiest way to assist is by financial  donations. These funds will be used to purchase items from the Capitol Area Food Bank and  stock the pantry shelves. If a monetary donation is not possible and you have canned goods to donate,  you can contact the pantries  directly to arrange for drop off times.  Because of Elgin’s current social distancing rules in place all drop offs need to arranged with staff at the food pantry.
