ACC prepares Personal Protective Equipment donations for local healthcare workers

Hundreds of supplies are getting pulled together to prepare for donation. The college’s PharmacyTechnology program alone gathered approximately:● 2000+ pairs of gloves● 8 cases of shoe covers● 4 cases of hair covers● 500 gowns● 100s of masks

AUSTIN, Texas (March 24, 2020) – Austin Community College (ACC) is assembling Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits to support regional healthcare workers and first responders during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. “This is a difficult time for everyone in our community. There are a lot of unknowns and a lot of fears.
