After being canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Elgin’s annual Western Days Festival came back stronger than ever this past weekend. The days-long festival included a carnival, a golf tournament, class reunions and more, along with the grand parade on Saturday morning followed by a festival in Elgin Memorial Park.
