Volunteers help beautify Main Street

The Main Street Board Design team has coordinated and participated in three beautification projects for our community. In January, they painted the benches and planters at the museum and replanted the planters with volunteers Krystal Carlson, Jake Carter, Robert Miller, Mateo Bernstein, Kyle Smith and Amy Miller. In February, they worked with the Elgin Elementary School student council, Down Home Ranch, library director Sandy Ott and Boy Scout Troop 182 to clean out, replant and mulch the flower beds at the library.
