Tree of Angels recognizes crime victims during the holidays

A tree full of ornaments that signify healing for victims of violent crime is on display at Bastrop's First National Bank until the beginning of January. Tree of Angels Day, an initiative that recognizes the victims of crime during the holiday season, is the first Sunday of each December. This is the 20th year for the Tree of Angels program in Bastrop County.
