All the colors of the rainbow and more—stars, stripes, squiggles, splashes, checkerboards, flowers, butterflies, pigs, pets—it’s a stroke of creative imagination. Fancy-free hand painted bowls of every description await attendees at the November 16 Elgin Empty Bowl event at the SPSJT Hall from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
