Third annual Elgin Bowl approaches

It’s not just a bowl: All the colors of the rainbow and more—stars, stripes, squiggles, splashes, checkerboards, flowers, butterflies, pigs, pets—it’s a stroke of creative imagination. Fancy-free hand painted bowls of every description await attendees at the November 16 Elgin Empty Bowl event at the SPSJT Hall from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The bowls are the work of Elgin ISD students, community members, various clubs and “paint party” guests who have pooled their talents over several months.
