Shops and vendors were decorated with spring and Easter themes at this month’s Sip, Shop & Stroll on Thursday evening. In addition to the usual activities of Sip, Shop & Stroll throughout downtown, the Elgin Depot Museum hosted Local Lore, an exhibit showing items, clothing and games from the past.
