The Elgin Juneteenth Organization sponsored their annual Shop With a Cop at Elgin’s Walmart on December 18. This event pairs Elgin police officers with local children, giving them a $100 gift card from the Elgin Juneteenth Organization and their sponsors to spend on clothes and toys.
