On October 31, Neidig Elementary School hosted an all-day Read-and-Treat, during which parents and community members volunteered to read to the students. The event was a part of Red Ribbon Week, an initiative encouraging students to choose education instead of drugs; on Thursday, staff and students were encouraged to dress up as their favorite book characters.
