Congratulations to the McDade FFA members that competed and placed at the district speaking events at Akins High School in Austin on April 29! They each competed in Senior Prepared Public Speaking contests in various categories. Nicole Hernandez placed first in Agribusiness, Demi Carter placed second in Animal Science, Jessica Franks placed second in Ag Tech & Communication and Berenice Palacios placed third in Ag Policy.
