The Elgin Arts Association recognized the creativity and skills of local artistic youth on Thursday evening with an awards presentation for this year’s winners of the annual Pearls of Youth Art Show. For the second year in a row, the students’ artwork has been displayed in an online 3D virtual gallery, available on the Elgin Arts Association website at www.elginartsassociation.com/pearls-of-youth.html.
