Local artist's project a finalist in international contest

Local artist Margo Sawyer was selected as one of 100 finalists for CODAawards, a competition for design projects that integrate commissioned art into an interior, architectural or public space. A total of 374 works from around the world were submitted this year. Voting is now open to the public through Wednesday, June 30, and the top two projects will win the People's Choice award, to be announced at the end of August.
