Western Days featured its first-ever Railroad Runway Fashion Show on Thursday night, featuring dozens of local models showing off a variety of outfits. In addition to the many modern-day styles, the fashion show ended with a Decade Walk exhibiting the looks of the eras since Elgin’s founding in 1872. Top Model winners were chosen from the four different age categories and received a $50 Visa gift card donated from the Elgin Courier and a Western Days t-shirt from the Elgin Chamber of Commerce.
