Elgin resident looks back on 50 years of Western Days Posted in: Lifestyle James McGee of McGee Brothers Upholstery and Repairs has been to every Western Days festival over the past 50 years. “Haven’t missed one in 50 years!” said Mr. McGee. The Elgin Chamber of Commerce, which organizes Western Days, recognized Mr. McGee for his attendance at every year’s festival with a post on their Facebook page.
